1) WHO WE ARE…

We are shareholders of 3 mills: Changzhou Yurui Knitting factory, NanTong TianZhu Yarn-dyed(woven) factory & FuJian ChangLe Lace/Mesh factory. We are a reliable, efficient and responsible team composed of 11 staff members in our Shanghai office to run the overseas/export business.

With more than 15 years of extensive experience in fabric manufacturing & reprocessing, we have formed vertical/integral fabric supply chains. Over 5.5 million yards of fabrics are shipped out to more than 30 garment mills/importers each year. Our facilities and infrastructure are constantly upgraded to meet our renowned customers' requirements. We support the use of sustainable materials in our production and adhere to pertinent guidelines for the protection of our environment.

2) WHAT WE DO…

A. Changzhou Yurui Knitting Factory

KNIT FABRICS – we have 16 units of circular-knitting machines. We produce jersey, terry, interlock, rib, pique, jacquard, waffle, Ponti Roma, knits-denim, polar fleece, plush fabrics, borg fur, rib/lurex velour with solid, yarn-dyed & print etc. in various blends. Special finishing like foil, flocking, crepe, bonding are done in our subcontractors' facilities.  Since 2016, we invested approx. USD30K in developing new fabrics for active wear. Presently, we have been initiating 5~10 new type of fabrics each month to cater to the active/sports wear, gym wear and swim wear market.

B. NanTong TianZhu Yarn-dyed(Woven) Factory:

YARN-DYED WOVEN FABRICS - We are strong in flannels, plaids, fil-a-fil, chambray, seersucker, chambray, yarn-dyed heather, oxford in various compositions like 100% cotton, cotton/spandex, cotton/nylon/spandex, CVC, polyester/cotton, polyester, polyester/rayon, lurex, polyester/acrylic, linen, linen/cotton, cotton/bamboo, linen/rayon etc. Recently, we have the newly-developed 2-layer dobby yarn-dyed & jacquards using our 30 units of air-jet/ jacquard machines.

C. Fujian ChangLe Lace/mesh manufacturing factory:

LACE/MESH FABRICS: We have 22 units of warping machines for lace, mesh/power mesh etc.; Lace band/tapes and lurex mesh/power mesh are our strong items. Also, we do extra finishing for kids' wear like holographic, foil, sequins, embroidery, schiffli flocking finishes to name a few.

D. Reprocessing (conversion) fabrics:

For fabrics which we cannot produce in our own mills, we have a team to purchase yarns/ greiges (raw materials) and have them processed in our partner workshops to ensure the required quality with competitive price. These fabrics are: Polyester solid & print ( chiffon, laser georgette, bumber satin, crinkle, oxford, 4-way stretch etc. in solid, cationic & prints), cotton and viscose items (poplin, lawn, twill, pocketing items etc) and also sustainable materials like Lyocell and Bamboo for shirts and dress. Our merchandising team together with the QA/QC teams have the professional expertise to provide the best services in communications, costings and production control.

3) OUR MAIN CUSTOMERS ...

Woman Within, Emporio Armani, Levi's, Otto, Splash, Gemo, Top shop, TU, Sainsbury, Bloch, Tesco, Talbots etc.

4) QUALITY ASSURANCE ...

In the endeavor to achieve stable/better qualities, we follow a complete system to control our bulk production: employ skilled and responsible QCs, regularly provide systematic training programs, production control with vertical responsible supervision. Using the USA 4-Point Inspection System, we inspect bulk @100% ratio.  Fabric testings are done by BV & Intertek test laboratories.
