As we all know, Xinjiang is located at the heart of the important Belt and Road, with walnut, red dates jujube and raisins production bases are widely distributed in the regions of Aksu, Hotan, Turpan and Kashgar. These areas are located under the Tian Shan mountains and very close to Central Asia. Thus, we have advantages both in trading and geography.

With a total investment of 260 million yuan, our factory covers an area of nearly 300 acres and has a construction area of 73, 000 square metres. Among them, there are 27, 000 square meters of room temperature storage sheds, 3, 531 square meters of comprehensive office buildings, 4, 979 square meters of cold storage, 24, 396 square meters of walnut cleaning, drying and sorting sheds, and 5, 083 square meters of jujube processing workshops.

There are 6 walnut processing lines, 360 heat pump baking rooms equipped with imitation sunlight, the white kernel rate of dried walnuts can reach more than 95%. With the modern equipment such as X-ray machine and colour sorter machine, the rate of empty shells and bad fruit is less than 5%. The daily processing capacity is up to 3000 tons of green walnuts and 600 tons of dried walnuts. Also 4 jujube processing lines, equipped with 7 classification and screening stages, 5 washing stages, air energy heat pump baking room, 10m cooling belt and professional jujube intelligent selection equipment, etc., with clear grading standards and a daily processing capacity of up to 120 tonnes.In addition, we have cooperative planting bases and advanced production lines in Shannshan County and Turpan area.
